Our kids were thrilled by the amazing snorkeling experience at a stunning hidden cove just a short walk from our cozy little home-away-from-home. The crystal-clear waters and vibrant marine life captivated their imaginations, creating memories that will last a lifetime.
My children wanted a playground or kids' club on the property to enjoy some additional fun activities during our stay.

The location of this holiday home was absolutely fantastic. Situated just a short distance away from the beautiful city of Taormina, it offered a peaceful getaway while still being close to all the action. The stunning views from the balcony were like a postcard come to life, making me feel like I was in a Mediterranean paradise.
Limited access to central Taormina.

We had an incredible stay at Villaggio Placido. the cottage we stayed in was amazing - clean, airy, and well-equipped with a lovely private garden. the location was ideal, just a short walk to a beautiful secluded beach and about 10 minutes away from Isola Bella. We enjoyed cooking our meals in the kitchen and dining outside in the garden. the nearby cable car made it easy to explore the main town of Taormina. a blissful experience that we look forward to repeating in the future. Cons: Can't fault the property in any way. 😊.

This cozy hotel is conveniently located near the picturesque beaches of Taormina. the stand-alone apartment offers privacy and a small terrace to enjoy breakfast or sunbathe. Guests appreciated the clean and comfortable rooms, with some even forgoing the air conditioning due to the pleasant temperatures. the beautiful yard filled with flowers added to the charming atmosphere.
The drain in the shower can be a bit slow, which may require some patience while showering.

Location: The property was just a few meters from the beach and cable car, making it convenient for exploring the area. There was also a great restaurant nearby, perfect for dining by the beach.
Limited Supermarkets: There were limited big supermarkets in the area, so it was advised to stop off on the way to get supplies.

Fantastic location - short walk to the beach, restaurants, and cable car to the main part of town. Spacious and comfortable apartment with a private terrace for sunbathing and enjoying meals. Easy check-in process, especially accommodating for our unconventional arrival time. Incredible value for money with great amenities, including air conditioning and private parking.
Felt warm, but no complaints.

our stay was a dream come true, with a sea view apartment, retro beachy decor, and friendly hosts. The short walk to the beach and convenient cable car to the town made exploring easy. We enjoyed the beautiful private garden for meals and relaxation. Villaggio Placido truly exceeded our expectations.
Shower was fiddly with poor water containment.

Amazing views from the property and a private beach just a few minutes away. the spacious and well-equipped kitchen was a bonus.
Our romantic escape turned sour when we had to rely on local transportation due to the cable car being out of service. We ended up taking a local bus which was not ideal.

The value for money at this hotel was impressive, with spacious and charming rooms. The location was fantastic, just a few steps away from the beach and close to transportation options. The staff went above and beyond to provide helpful recommendations and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.
Food for breakfast could have been improved with a wider selection or the option to purchase food supplies upon arrival.

We loved the wonderful location of this backpacker hostel near the beaches, with easy access to the beautiful private garden and the stunning surrounding area. the close proximity to the beach allowed us to relax and soak up the sun. the clean and well-equipped rooms provided us with a comfortable stay.

I had the most amazing stay at a charming villa nestled in a picturesque location near the beach. The atmosphere was sweet and slightly rustic, giving it a unique and authentic feel. The cleanliness of the villa was top-notch, and it was incredibly quiet, providing a peaceful retreat. I loved having my own parking space for convenience. In addition, there were plenty of delightful local restaurants just a stone's throw away, making dining out easy and enjoyable. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable, offering helpful recommendations for places to eat and even suggesting a nearby pizzeria that became my go-to spot every evening. I was able to start my mornings with a refreshing swim to witness the breathtaking sunrise from the nearby beach. Having breakfast on the terrace was another highlight, allowing me to savor the serene surroundings. The owner of the villa was exceptionally helpful, allowing me to check out late due to my late departure. I highly recommend this lovely villa in its superb surroundings, with a very nice and helpful owner.
There were a couple of drawbacks during my stay. there were ants in the kitchen, so I had to be cautious about where I placed my drinks and food.

The location was ideal, with easy access to the beach and a short walk to the cable car for exploring. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.
The breakfast option could use some improvement, maybe with a wider variety of choices to cater to different tastes and dietary preferences.

What an incredible find! Our stay at this beautiful beachside getaway was absolutely mind-blowing. The simplicity and charm of the beautifully decorated house made us feel like true Sicilians. We loved the cozy privacy provided by the lovely curtains and the well-equipped kitchen with its stunning green tiles and big yellow fridge. The accommodating hosts were sweet and helpful, creating a friendly atmosphere for all the guests. Despite the August crowds in the nearby town, this place offered a peaceful oasis. The heavenly garden and private beach access via convenient stairs exceeded our expectations. The nearby Bar Castellucio served the best food, adding to our unforgettable experience. This place truly offers incredible value for money in a perfect location. Only a 1-minute walk to the beach and a 2-minute walk to the cable car for easy access to Taormina. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing all the necessary amenities. The efficient air conditioning and private parking made our stay even more convenient. We highly recommend this low-cost, stress-free option for a fantastic visit to the area. We absolutely loved it!
